"I’m glad we are switching back to State Farm. Brennan was awesome and very helpful along with going over and beyond to make sure we got the best rate for our bundle and the best part is your not just a number, you are like family and they have you in there best interest! Update : 8/5/24 Months later my opinion is changing . I no longer get to talk to the person who set up my account. My bill has increased twice and they are saying it’s for the same thing I got told 3 months after my policy went up . . And Seth and Erin have the tendencies to over talk you , cut you off while talking and when you ask if you could please finish talking they still cut you off treat you like crap and it doesn’t matter what you have to say . It’s very frustrating and at that point I just ask to speak bill cole him self … so I will wait for that . the only person I like talking to is Deb at this location. . This is starting to be the same thing I went through last time and switched insurance companies and it’s looking like that will be what I do again but I won’t come back if that’s the route I go ."
